GNCC Capital, Inc. confirms that acquisition of BioCann Pharma, S.A.S. cancelled and NO shares to be issued to their Vendors. Paula Victoria Directorship terminated. 51% of shareholders demanded this due to ZERO engagement nor accountability. South African transactions ratified.

GNCC Capital, Inc. (OTC: GNCP) confirms sale of Mining Assets likely to be terminated. Shareholders clearly want a Dividend from this sale. The current Agreement does not allow for that. A decision will be made tomorrow as Shareholder wishes are of paramount importance to us

For our shareholders to expect us to answer some 200 detailed (and technical) questions on our Q & A by tomorrow is ridiculous; given that we are still receiving shareholder questions. This is our top priority, rest assured.
