I mean the positive things I think about are if he want to print money he could just go up to a billion OS then RS it. Share structure is nice, even if it's maxed out but we need to know the reason for the sudden cap. Looking at their RS history it's due for one, but if they really have that BOMB technology they say they have and have a partner for it, and can generate revenue then they will not need to RS it opposite forward split it in the future. We're at the point where this is either lead or gold. JMO
