This was the case Locksmith levied against VPLM who was the defendant.

Locksmith won, VPLM owes them $330k.

Supposedly VPLM wins 140MM shares but that's not documented in the case verdict. Will be clear by EOY when VPLM finally updates share structure via OTC or financials.
