 It’s an admission of failure.  QX is just a higher level of scam stocks.  The bashers will pile on with the I told you so’s like we’ve never seen before.  If we weren’t able to qualify at $6, why would we qualify at $3?  From the requirements I see, we met every single one of them already.  We have David Donohoe holding our hand and still can’t get there?  Fire that fuc*!!   The company needs to come clean with what the issue is.  This makes no sense.  We will go sub $1 as soon as this is official.
