TMDI does not have 3 months for a buyout. They are a sub dollar nazdaq stock that has 25 days before the delisting process starts and 6 months then to appeal. Who would want to fund the raise? Medtronic enforces their non compete clauses. Zaring is a puzzle.. Don't know how he can work for TMDI with out the non compete being triggered unless it is with MDT agreement. Hoping for a buyout in the $4 range.My breakeven is $3.37. As I mentioned in my previous post McNally expresssed regret over the progress at the AGM. These latest setbacks are fatal to any future progress.. Hope he and the Board realize this.
