I don't believe in warmed over hoaxes. This company first said they were "recycling wasted electricity," which is a bold-faced lie. Now, they're going to toss these things into locations for "free" and expect the utility to give them money. That's a crock. They have cap banks already where they need them, and, no, they're not "expensive."
