Form 15 is a filing with the SEC known as Notice of Termination of Registration. On May 11, 2017, Conrad Huss / CNXS notified the SEC and investors of their intent to become a non registrant and cease filing various required SEC forms.

They ceased filing with the SEC and are now Dark, having not submitted any disclosures to OTC Markets since March 2018.

OTC Markets has also discontinued the display of quotes on www.otcmarkets.com for CNXS because it has been labeled Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware).
