You really need to read and understand how the XRP ledger and escrow works. The release of 1 billion XRP tokens a month from escrow has been planned and functioning for 2 years. Whatever XRP is not needed by new additions to the XRP RippleNet are put back into escrow. Please do some reading on this subject as it's an important issue to be educated in before investing in XRP.
