The event is for the Italian Society of Hematology to "review the progress and results of the discipline" and the conference/Congress is held every two years.
Looks like the k piece is a discussion poster which I assume is basically a written scientific paper that the conference attendees can view, in this case during a particular session. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poster_session)
As noted in Lemon's link, there was a similar conference held in Madrid in 2017 put on by the European Hematology Association where a discussion poster involving K was likewise presented.(https://library.ehaweb.org/eha/2017/22nd/180680/roberta.napolitano.kevetrin.preclinical.study.of.a.new.compound.in.acute.html) The 2017 and 2019 discussion poster titles seem similar - focusing on K and acute myeloid leukemia - and many of the authors are the same but there are additional authors in the 2019 discussion poster. Not sure what to make of that but perhaps further work has been done since 2017 and these additional authors have contributed to the work.
Perhaps Leo can shed some light on the issue if there is any light to be shed.
