You do realize that's a bunch of hype, this device will not save the power companies anything, right? This is not a solution to what ails California whatsoever, just the typical stinky pink fluffy hype trying to pin a non-solution onto a visible problem to sell stock.
This is a warmed over hoax and nothing more. It's been around for decades, and this company just bolted a computer to it.
