Buying exchange listed stocks aren't usually a problem, of course, but yeah, the odd delisting onto the OTC does happen. Maybe PIOE will get listed on the Nasdaq again at some point and his problem will be solved. In the meantime, I have to believe there HAS to be a way for him to dispose of those shares. I wonder if the company would buy them back from him?
Btw, if his shares go back to the days of ACPW, he's down on his investment. Trust me. I know! :-(
