Additional DD -I believe GARRY MCHENRY, "Manager" of INVESTMENT RESERVES LLC on NV SOS.. will reorganize the MICROCHANNEL TECHNOLOGIES shell into the EMBR shell and bring in a NEW business line.

Some 2019 background info on MICROCHANNEL TECHNOLOGIES which led up to court filings yesterday and EXPLOSIVE 350%+ day for EMBR...

On June 7, 2019, there was a change of control for MCT*C Holdings Inc. in which the subsidiary, MICROCHANNEL TECHNOLOGIES was spun out to the prior shareholders (GARRY MCHENRY was President at the time and is no longer part of MCT*C Holdings, Inc.)

From NVSOS, MICROCHANNEL TECHNOLOGIES was dissolved on Sept 5, 2018. The company (coincidentally) has 300 million OS which is the same as EMBR. Both entities have the same Fort Lauderdale address as per NV SOS (same Suite 302) as LAUDERDALE HOLDINGS, LLC. This latter company is the company GARRY MCHENRY has a controlling interest in as per MCT*C filing.

I don’t understand what is so great about Embarr Downs filing custodian papers for itself. Could someone explain this to me. Is the end result the same people own the stock in the end or am I missing something here? Obviously the stock went up because of the great news. I’m thinking about chasing tomorrow. Thanks
