It makes no sense just on its own, but esp in light of the possibility I put forth that the PR was put out with the full cooperation of 2 friends, Malak & Dr Gil. I think there was only one guy who suggested it was a scam PR put out by malak w/o permission or knowledge of Dr Gil. I dismissed that idea right out of the gate, as it makes no sense that Malak would do such a dumb thing. Malak is not dumb. I think the PR was a mutually agreed upon pump attempt. And more than just a failed attempt to pump the price, I see it as an attempt to garner a bigger offer.
