they make some great points. i don't know how trustworthy CGP is and alpha seems to think that their intentions might just be to snap us up for cheap. on the other hand after talking to dan i get the impression that getting funded is not so easy and turning this deal down is more likely to end in our penury and a company like alpha picking us up cheap. hard to trust anyone.
