PlayMoneyBS Correct and Accounted for. The 39.9M Shares I'm referencing are being held by Prime Brokers or our nice MM's that are Manipulating the PPS and are subject to being purchased by Investors, IF they hit the ASK and buy them.

The 38.5M Shares that Glenn is after are Restricted and still at the Transfer Agent..

There is a big difference between the two and definitely no "smoke and mirrors," as you implied.

Purchasing shares that are not currently being traded will not affect those currently trading. This is just smoke and mirrors. There will be zero impact on the PPS. It's the same as saying 39 million shares not eligible to be sold or purchased today will turn into 39 million shares held in the treasury tomorrow.
