No, I argued with FINRA for like 3 months last Summer, back and forth, and I was a 10% owner of after tax purchases from 1998-2007, man.....I kept on buying, annd buying, and next thing I knew....I was a 10% holder of this Florida Corporation. So, I started digging in 2012, and found a FL STATUTE That a 10% shareholder of a Corporation in Chapter 607 of the Statutes, that if there was corrupt and inept and a disertted BOD, like we had with the SCAM FRAUDSTERS of the past, well.....I had a LEGAL RIGHT IN THE SPRING 2012 to hold a SPECIAL SHAREHOLDERS MEETING...and so I did.
Since no one showed up in 2012, all recorded by me, and documented....I kicked out the last BOD, and appointment myself the new BOD!
This is how to legally take over a Company. I had the LEGAL STATUTORY FRAMEWORK for the share issuance to me in 2012 and 2018!
