Sounds Great...how could any company with a positive cash flow going forward be worth .0001? With all the dilution and selling of shares there should be no debt, since the purpose of the dilution initially was to pay down the debt. If there is no debt UBQU (which is having a name and symbol change) with money coming in from Cannazall a stock buy back should be in the works sometime in the future. Sounds Great...now let's consider the loyal shareholder.

It will take a long, long time for me to trust Ballas again. Just because the faucet dripped a little doesn’t mean the water bill was paid up and the system turned back on this week.
