There is no solid DD on what is coming here. You have some SEC barred individual making claims to shareholders privately about a deal that is done. What exactly makes that a "mega merger"?

I think Tony Nick needs to shut his yapper at this point. Especially given shareholders are posting his emails to them. Or is that part of his plan to pump the stock?
