I’ll be glad to give you a break. Building a business also means having integrity and keeping your promises as best you can, and when things change and prevent you from keeping a promise, you address and explain it in a timely manner. You don’t leave your shareholders in the dark for months on end. Nobody said building a successful biz was easy and being real about honest criticisms doesn’t mean I’m being an armchair quarterback.
