CLSI is a shell with no operations. Spoke to Stan Wolf(?) who said he gave the shell to Tony Nick in April. Tony Nick owns Green Rush Coverage which is a CA LLC that sells insurance to dispensaries. Calling around I heard that he lives with his parents near San Diego. The vehicle is also being shopped around as a shell for $100,000. This looks to be another scam.
