You're not wrong. The Rontan contract was poorly constructed and thus could never be closed. After reading Rontan's latest Motion for Summary Judgement, I re-read GDSIs First Amended Complaint. There are MANY false claims in it. I wonder if BSF knew how weak the case was when they took it on.
