Let's hope it doesn't even get that far. No investor is interested in waiting 12-15 months to find out if the Reg A is funded or not. The 4 Reg A companies aren't going to wait that long either. They need their funding ASAP.
If the CEO already has a buyer for this Reg A, we should all be in good shape. He hasn't yet disclosed this information. We need more communication and transparency from this CEO. A lot of big investors want to invest here, but they're waiting to see what the story is first.
