Possible if some merger partner buying shares at low prices? If so they'd have 10 days from when they hit 5% threshold to file notice. I say this because additional MM's stepped into the mix about a week ago. May be a long shot, but the two convertible notes I discussed earlier can't be paid off by company with cash, only with company shares. Why not use to company's advantage of some deal is in the works. Who knows.
