I was getting zero commission trades from E*TRADE last week but $6.95 a trade this week.

Talked to E*TRADE and they verified I was getting zero commissions last week but getting charged 6.95 this week.
They couldn’t explain why I didn’t get charged last week but said all OTC stock trades are still have commissions.
My main account is with Schwab which thankfully is zero commissions for all stocks.
