Nio now knows that TSLA has recv. full clearance to begin production so it should get interesting this last quarter of the year @ Bloomberg:

Tesla (TSLA) has secured clearance to start manufacturing in China, according to news reports Thursday.
Tesla was named to a government list of authorized manufacturers, according to reports. approved automotive manufacturers in the country. Bloomberg News reported that China's State Grid has opened the first transmission line to supply electricity to the Tesla factory.
According to State Grid, power supply to the factory will increase eight times eventually to allow the facility to run at full capacity, Bloomberg reported.
Bloomberg reported that Tesla has a target to produce at least 1,000 of its Model 3 car models per week at its Chinese factory by the end of the year.
