To your point... Land options expire, hence financing should be appearing shortly.

Tomato or tomato, half full or empty. Anyone can spin anything how they want.

Your comments only show these options will expire. Anyone that has done there DD knows this. All signs pointing to something happening to fund a world class mine in the immediate future. I’m not gonna to go through all the announcements and information that has already been discussed on this board.

To your niobium point, your wrong.

The mine can be profitable of Niocorps niobium. Scandium only adds to profitability of the mine.

As per usual you're wrong. Good advice—a little less overembellishment and more DD. It adds to the credibility.

Your post omits information tied to the price of scandium for higher purity or that the GSA estimates scandium at approx $5000/kg. NioCorps customers are likely to be primarily for aviation: Boeing, Airbus snd other aviation manufacturers and Lockheed or Northrup Grumman for the DOD. Aviation manufacturing will require a higher purity of scandium and sold at a higher price. Comparing NioCorp to Clean Teq (where you are a moderator for their message board) is like comparing Mercedes Benz to a Ford Fiesta.

Tedro

I had that done on one of these competitor scandium producers by a specialist and this guy mailed me about 2 pages with not so positive comments on their FS ; One ( not minor ) comment was that their capex was greatly understated ; If this is correct this company better reviews its pricing strategy in its financial model.
