I don't know but I think the symbol was JDMO, and reverse split happened in 2007.

EDIT: JDMO did a 1:200,000 R/S on 7/13/07. the symbol has changed several times.

1-3000 reverse split for stock symbol VTNL (Vet Online Supply Inc)

the lower the share price, usually the larger the reverse split. VTNL is 0.0001 lol. Doesn't get much lower.
