Sounds like with BTC around 8k, it generates income just enough to pay for filings? Seems like annual cost for INTV to release ER is 200k? That seems a lot.

I would think so, but it looks like it's already spent on mining equipment. Not like that's a bad thing, more rigs means more profit.
