He got patents, completed trials, great financing as a late stage biotech and TODAY trading was halted and FDA approval of the first drug was announced after the close. The second drug is a few months from FDA approval. It's quite clear that he is moving OWCP down the same path and has the experience and contacts to support Bignitz.
