Which is what this new company is said to want to be. So, why not act like it now? Since they filed financials with Edgar, which is also something only an SEC filer is required to do, as a voluntary filer, why not do the same with an 8-K?

I feel for the Wolson's who are being put in the position they're in by people who aren't concerned with doing things the right way here.
