Changing his name legally doesn’t change his past history. More likely he changed it to hide his past history.

Did he have it legally changed? And can he use whatever one he wants or does he need to use the most current one?

I'm following another ticker where the CEO used a totally different alias to sign a financial report as CEO. Took us forever to get him to admit he was one and the same. Then, he resigned his position and ran the company as majority shareholder.

Anyway, it's a side issue that we don't really need to delve into further.
