That was 14 years ago! That has nothing to do with todays CLSI merger that was already completed in the past weeks! Why all the speculation? A simple phone call and you would have that info in a minute!

Is he a legal broker to have brokered the deal in the first place? That seemed to be a problem in the past - as he wasn’t back then.
