Alrighty THEN, got my proxie ballot with everything EXCEPT my share count. As I'm voting, in case anybody gives a rats ass, or just wants to make fun of me publicly

AGAINST PROPOSAL 1: Approval for the amendment to the Company's certificate of in corporation to effect a reverse split...

I'd rather move to a lower stock market then see my legacy investment reduced to 1/12,000th of it's purchased value.
Hayward and his song and dance insinuated several times during August, 2019 song and dance during shareholders Q&A session a sea change (my take). We've completely tanked in this grace period.

If we're on the edge of a break through, WHY NOT. Without any huge news on 30 October, WHY NOT punt for better yardage. Any of the Reverse Split RATIOs hurt everybody.
