I would just simply say to those looking at long term plays like Lazar's or any others.. DO NOT INVEST in Long term securities where you cannot stay vested because it puts you in a short liquidity crisis causing you to take losses to free up cash...

IDAD is a investment that could Pop at anytime but it could take days,weeks or even many months!

I was best bid for a few at .023 most of the day and got no fill.
