Let me shed some light on a few key points here in Nevada. First, you can not do an outdoor grow anywhere in clark county or sell any outdoor grow product to any dispensaries in clark county. Yes clark county is north las vegas, henderson, and las vegas. Secondly, the license process is run by two departments, department of mental health for medical and department of taxation for rec. You must have up to date signed off current medical licenses for either or all cultivation, production or dispensary in order to get the rec licenses. The process is not unfair, it is bias to the groups that have lost money over the last 5 years getting all this setup and tied to real estate which is a requirement for each license. Believe me I know every single detail first hand.

The industry is small as far as who is who and doing what with who. Planet 13 literally moved in on the same land acreage as Reef, those two are the biggest and busiest dispensaries. Not that its relative to this convo, but I thought it was a pretty G move to pull up and park their bigger flashier facility in the parking lot as the former big dog on the block. The wild west is coming to an end, this is the only place it still somewhat exists and again, it is about who you know.

Secondly, outdoor grown desert marijuana is not popular nor allowed in the county for resale. The "strains" that are unique to NV, lol, are not, if you catch my drift. AS far as MJ/NE I will do some digging and even a face to face if the DD is interesting enough to get the Gwgn on the road. Look at Planet 13 stock and they are the leader here, ya know what I meeeean maaaaaaaaaaannnnnnn.

Where is the 17,000 sqft location in Las Vegas?
