Here's the real deal on yesterdays surprising & welcome news right pug buddy!

VYST is on the cusp of officially completing their long awaited financial foundation with the filing of the Rotmans Super 8k and simultaneous insertion of the over +$30M fully audited Rotmans financials onto VYST's fully audited books!

And with VYST's official completion of their financial foundation directly ahead, comes the long awaited/anticipated full-fledged commercialization era on ALL the proprietary products in VYST's RxAir, FEC & Vytex pipelines!

And quite simply put, it's a great deal for VYST shareholders, because we get free shares in a brand new spin off company called RxAir Inc. sometime in December once VYST announces the ex-dividend date soon! And not only do we get free shares in the soon to be launched RxAir Inc. publicly trading spin off company by/b4 the end of this year. We already know that the new RxAir spinoff company is going to be majority control owned(51%) by a new major healthcare manufacturer that clearly believes they possess the capability & propensity to launch the UV 400 units and grow sales in a meaningful manner, otherwise they wouldn't be investing $3M to $5M in upfront monies to secure their 51% majority ownership control interests in the 1st place!
