Cut and paste the post ur refering to. It may have been written by what I call an ng bullshxxter that does imaginary trades with zero money. Ng did not roll to dec ugaz did there is a .19 ish difference between Nov and dec. a few days ago it was .25. If it were to gap up .19 this morning due to a sudden roll from Nov to dec do u think ng would hold the gap up or close the gap. Any reduction of the .19 contango cost ugaz in either reduce gains or straight up losses. I thought I explained this in detail in simple terms in a few posts but Looks like this is a lesson you will need to learn the hard way. I don't need you telling me how to trade ng but seeing how you rode ugaz from 12 to 24 then back to 12 without taking a profit, you might take this advice and set a stop above what u paid for it to prevent loss. Go back look at what ng was when u bought ugaz the first time at 12 compare it the second time then compare similar levels after the contango unwinds and prior to ugaz rolling to Jan. This will give u a better understanding about the bleed and then the added contango. There is approx 10% difference between Nov dec ng and it's going to come out of ugaz at 3x one way or another believe it or not. Anyone that lived thru 2015-2016 with real money in ng knows and can attest to this. The ng bullshxxers wont

You've been trading NG for less than 8 weeks and you going to tell us how it works. OK go ahead I'm going to take a few days off from here come back when the contango is unwound.

Whats going to happen today and over the next 3 days in your opinion?

That trader doesn’t understand how contago works. UGAZ is 100% in December contracts which are priced ~$.20 higher than November. If nothing changes to solidify that higher pricing, natural gas December futures will correct to match November prices which will pull ugaz down 25-30%
