I've emailed the company in English. It's a rather large company, 30 years in existence and I can't help but think that English should be one of their languages of proficiency. Clearly if they are becoming listed on a United States stock exchange, someone over there should speak our language no?
Try emailing the company yourself. Tell them you are interested in purchasing $200,000 worth of product and you want a point of contact to speak with.
You will not get a response back. My only question is, why not?
