agreed... an agreement with a big and well-funded co. can happen at any time...certainly before dec. '19..

as far as pr's go, a lot of otc stocks put out fluff pr's all the time and i would rather have pctl put out a meaningful and substantial one instead of putting out fluff pr's just for sake of doing it...jmo--

many examples abound in otc land where the "push" went to multiples of 750 to 90 and 25 etc. etc. and now all those are lower than where they started...
