Yes, that was because I looked at the one year chart right after I bought, and saw the huge run up since Dec, similar to the market, but a higher % gain. I then went to LGIH, and saw a similar chart. It then hit me, that retail sales numbers came out in the morning and were disappointing. I mean without a strong consumer, I feel the market will tank, and the housing sector will be one of the first to go. I then sold immediately after realizing. Sometimes I buy too quickly after seeing momentum, and then find something that makes me uneasy, and sell quickly. This was a case like that.
