Yup, spot on....RCAT sucks...going down....spent years to just go public and screw their shareholders(the biggest one being the CEO...totally makes sense he wants his holdings to crash!) You are right on the mark. Scammer fakers that just want to scam NASA and the FAA into thinking they actually have a chip that can do what they say in their test trials they are involved in as the drones actually fly and work in front of them. What a racket! And who says they may have purchased rights to use an established patent for a specific type of chip that was already patented as a foundation for the one they have developed? Sounds like a bunch of poo poo to me for sure!
