Delivery Driver (Current Employee) – San Leandro, CA – October 11, 2019
Pretty easy job but recently they hired so many people that alot of the times i go in for a shift and they don't have enough routes for everyone and send us home. We still get paid for 4 hours but when I sign up for a full time job i want full time hours. They also do not pay you for the whole day if you bust your tail and finish early, instead they act like you did something wrong.
A "Help Wanted" ad for parcel delivery van drivers has no significance in terms of evaluating a company as an investment opportunity!
Actually, hiring, particularly substantial hiring, could easily be an indication of poor working conditions at SPRV! IMO...potential SPRV investors should run away and run away fast?
Obviously, given the Federal Government's class-action lawsuit against On Courier 365, SPRV has a history of disgruntled employees! A high volume of employment ads could easily be the result of disgruntled employees leaving the Company for more desirable opportunities! The process of "replacement hiring", is commonly described as "MANAGING TURNOVER"! IMO...SPRV is simply "MANAGING TURNOVER", as there has been NO verifiable data to suggest the Company is growing, after expanding to Utah 13 months ago, i.e. September 2018!
By themselves employment ads are completely meaningless fluff as it relates to making an investment decision! The cited paid ads are useless in terms of actually understanding the value of SPRV!
Analyzing a potential investment opportunity that is operating in a complete disclosure vacuum, as is the case with SPRV, online "Help Wanted" ads only indicate SPRV is trying to hire people.THE END!
