Please see my last post to rice k Goirish. It's still too early to do any mathematical formulation guesswork beyond the fact that the more shares of VYST any individual holds, then the more new RxAir spin off shares they'll be entitled to and granted.
Right now though we need to wait for FINRA's valuation determination and until we discover how many shares RxAir starts off with.
For easy ballpark math for example...let's say RxAir starts off with 100M shares O/S...then all us VYST shareholders combined will be splitting up 39M shares each according to what percentage of VYST shares we're already holding on the ex-dividend spin off date in December k.
So for now, the only easy answer anyone can provide is that the more VYST shares we each own individually the more RxAir shares we'll get individually based on the 39% ownership stake we're collectively being granted of the new RxAir spin off coming by/b4 end of year k cheers!
