Lot's of similarities/ties to $TREP and Bonar's current company he is CEO of, including but not limited to Bonar owning 10%+ in each plus loaning each substantial amounts of money. What's especially nice about that is not only does it show faith in the businesses but it also allows them to finance operations without having to dilute the share pools.
IMO both of these are setting up to have big moves in the not too distant future.
