Agree. However I highly doubt they can get $200 mil for it. Remember, as of yesterday, it will cost $100 mil just to get it "tweaked" and ready for submission. If a buyer is announced though, Titan stock should see an "acquisition" bounce. So a gamble to consider is to lower cost-basis more (if you can) in hopes that a buyer comes forward and you can minimize your losses.
