the way i see it when it comes to FCEL is, the market that is shorting this stock has an advantage at this time b/c of the toxic dept or dilution that is taking place. it will soon be over, all paid off and there will be no more real opportunities to short and or bring down the pps.....FCEL will see and meet that $1.00 range by the end of this year or they will be delisted to a lesser capital market early next year
