Yeppers drum buddy!!! This is MAJOR news for us, as it's our 1st proof positive sign that the sentence contained within VYST's Q1 financials about "multiple major manufacturers" coming onboard during VYST's commercialization era was indeed VYST foreshadowing the future deals en route, as I had no idea that they would strike such an amazing deal for us on any of the products in their proprietary pipeline!
I mean I knew they could strike royalty and licensing agreements and even joint ventures, but I had never once considered a dividend spin off play like this!
So major kudos to VYST for just gifting/granting free shares to their core shareholders on their 1st initial commercialization era deal on the RxAir UV 400 units, and bring on the name of the major manufacturing healthcare group by/b4 the end of this month in the follow up closing PR, because only a major healthcare manufacturer would be in a favorable position to strike such a deal, and invest $3M to $4M to secure their 51% majority ownership interest! So we just got proof positive of the 1st of many major manufacturers coming folks!
