None of the patents are close to being granted - read them most of the Claims have been rejected with extreme prejudice.

OWCP should have spent part of the $5 million to hire world class scientist that specialize in Cannabis research - instead of Moe, Larry and Curly (Inventors: Sinai Alon, Turner Ziv, Baruch Yehuda).
