I agree 110%. And yes, these guys desperately need to hire someone to do PR.

I don't like to criticize management... For all we know, they're working their asses off behind the scenes and this two man band might open to packed crowds.
That said, it simply DOES NOT look good for ANY CEO to be phoning in VIDEO interviews.
At least Skype it in like Dr. Horner did recently.

I'm sure Robin felt it was just an informal interview with the intent to keep shareholders informed. However, it's best to always assume a potential client will see these interviews, so put on a suit, turn on your webcam, and give us the hard sell... every time!
Unfortunately, Robin Eves is not the most dynamic individual, so he might should hire this guy.
