#75222 RE: CanItBThisEZ2Make #75218

This post contains false information.

For the 5th time, public market trades do NOT have anything to do with the 1-A direct offerings. SRMX receives no funds from public market trades.

Fact: the first 1-A was selling shares for .00024. That 1-A started in April and ended on 8-15-19, with a 1-Z filing.

Fact: the current 1-A is selling shares for .0001. This 1-A started on 9-9, and is open with 1.5 Billion shares for sale.

Fact: the first 1-A was not even close to being fully subscribed, as proven by the 2Q report. The 3Q will likely show little to no additional sales.

Fact: the current 1-A will very likely show little in sales since it started on 9-9, and the shares were selling for .0002 on the open market, so no incentive for people to buy the 1’s, which aren’t even tradable or able to be deposited in a brokerage account.

Fact: the company only receives funds from the sale of direct offering shares, which are NOT shown in the trades and have nothing to do with the public market. This has been stated numerous times, by different people, and there should be no confusion about it.
